Tomer started programming at the age of 9. Before co-founding Soluto, Tomer was
CTO at MDG Medical, where he led the software and hardware development of medication
dispensing products for hospitals. Before that he co-founded InetB, a web applications
software provider.
Tomer’s better half, Ayala, is an actress. He's also an amateur drummer and prefers
cats over dogs.
Roee started programming at the age of 11. After leading a software group in a security organization's elite R&D unit, he worked as a device driver developer for Envara, acquired by Intel in 2004. Since then, Roee has managed product design and development in several industries, including: water technology (Miya), location-based services (AeroScout), and music (Neocraft, where Roee was co-founder). Roee is married to Avital, a brain scientist and is a big fan of judo, soccer, and classic movies.
Ishay started programming at the age of 10. Before co-founding Soluto, Ishay co-founded
Onigma, a software security start-up in the field of data loss prevention (DLP),
acquired by McAfee in 2006. Ishay is Soluto’s lead software architect and developer.
Ishay is married to Dafna, a theatre director. When he doesn't surf, he writes poetry
and films his life for an upcoming documentary series on Israeli television.

Proxima Investments – Tel Aviv-based Proxima invests primarily in seed and early-stage companies. In addition to capital, they offer entrepreneurs venture assistance and strategic advice. Since it was established in 2003, Proxima has invested in Biotech, Information Technology and Internet companies including Collarity, EnzySurge Ltd., Glycominds, SundaySky, and Onigma Ltd., which was bought by McAfee, Inc. in 2006. Nadav Zohar – Founder of Impact Equity, a financial advisory and investment house. Formerly, an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Nadav serves as Soluto’s non-executive chairman.
Chris Dixon – Co-founder of Hunch.com, he formerly co-founded and served as CEO of SiteAdvisor through its acquisition by McAfee, Inc. Chris has personally invested in several early-stage technology companies including TrialPay, DocVerse, Knewton, and Oddcast.
Yuval Neeman – Spent 16 years at Microsoft, most recently as Corporate Vice President of Storage and Platform Solutions. Previously, he was responsible for the Developer Division, which included Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET and Microsoft .NET Framework technologies. Yuval was on the board of M-Systems until it was acquired by SanDisk.
Saar Gillai – VP of Advanced Technology Group & CTO of HP Networking, he formerly served as Senior VP of Worldwide Products and Solutions for 3Com Corporation. Saar also spent seven years at Cisco in a variety of leadership positions, including VP of Engineering for the Wireless Networking business unit.
Ayla Matalon – Executive Director of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Israel, she has more than 15 years of experience in the high-tech and venture capital industries. Ayla is a renowned lecturer on high-tech entrepreneurship and business development in various business and engineering schools.
Lior Golan - Co-Founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Cyota, which was acquired by RSA Security in 2005. Lior has extensive experience in large-scale software engineering projects, cryptography and operating system design.
