The Way We Use and Collect Personal Information

However, if you want to receive updates, a newsletter or news regarding our services, you must provide us with your email address. In the event that Soluto is over capacity and at that time the user cannot download the Software, Soluto will show a screen informing the respective user that the Software cannot be downloadable at the moment and offer such respective user to input an email address so Soluto will inform him by email once the Software can be downloadable. Under the email input box the user can also sign up for receiving updates, a newsletter or news regarding the Soluto's services, in which case such user will be included in the Soluto mailing list.

You may easily remove yourself from our mailing list. Each email you will receive from us will contain clear instructions on how to remove yourself.

Soluto collects Anonymous Information in the course of the use of the Software by users. This Anonymous Information may include information regarding products installed and/or being used on the PC, usage level of each installed product, performance data, ISP name, connection type, City, Country, other service providers you use, etc. Soluto may further collect Anonymous Information about the time, type and manner of use of the Software. This information may include, for example, information regarding the IP Address and Geo-IP parameters, time of usage, performance of your browser, various applications on your computer, certain web applications used by your computer, usage patterns of applications on your computer, socio-demographic information, all of which are created in the process of using the Software, and other information regarding the use of the Software.

Soluto's Wiki Service

Users who participate in the Soluto wiki service may associate their email address with their submissions . In the future, you may, if you wish, also associate your actual name/user name with your submissions. Please note that if you do so, then all of your actions on the wiki service (future and past), such as voting or submitting comments, will be linked to your actual name/user name

Please note that if you publish your contact information (by, for example posting your contact information in the wiki service), you may receive unsolicited messages from users and visitors of the wiki service.

The Way We Use Personal Information and Anonymous Information

We will only send you additional information about the Software if you give us explicit permission to do so.
